This recipe is incredible, I made it this morning and plan to do so often!
Quick and Easy Fruit Smoothie, add:
1 tbsp honey
1 dessert spoon low fat yoghurt
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/3 cup water
Blend till smooth, so delish!!! And so good for you. (Berries- full of antioxidants, banana- good carbohydrates, low fat yoghurt- good bacteria, serve of dairy, and that small amount can be tolerated by IBS prone and lactose intolerant people, honey- natural sweetener)
This is a delicious recipe for breakfast or a snack! Can be made lactose and soy and dairy free, just swap over the necessary ingredients to ones which you can have. Can have berries or fruit added by all means. Great for a change-up from your ordinary brekky!

This recipe is easy and AFFORDABLE. I have IBS and I have it for breakfast with yoghurt every day, and love the stuff! Cant go wrong.
