Setting goals is a simple, yet brilliant way to relieve the stresses of your daily activities when they feel like they are the only thing to focus on. Setting yourself goals gives you purpose, and a sense of self pride and achievement when you accomplish them!

Long term goals can be un-motivating sometimes- when they seem so far away, so try setting yourself 3 or so goals each month, for a quick turn around of ideas!
