Product of the Week: The Australian Women’s Weekly 21 Day Diet Planner Cook Book. This book is the best cookbook I have ever bought, it’s only $19.99 AUD (available at taste.com.au and eBay, amazon etc and in stores). I have flagged 90% of the recipes in this book, I’m not even kidding. Because it aims at helping people correct their diets and lose weight, there is almost no dairy (great for the dairy intolerant and IBS sufferers). The recipes look delicious, I’m sure anyone could find a large sample they would try, and it is majority based on whole foods and unprocessed ingredients, clean eating recipes galore!
