This recipe is an absolute winner! Great for people who are trying to watch their weight, require a high fibre diet, are trying the clean eating lifestyle, have a low sugar diet or requirement and who love a yummy start to their day (or love a crunchy snack).

This recipe is easy and AFFORDABLE. I have IBS and I have it for breakfast with yoghurt every day, and love the stuff! Cant go wrong.
