Tip of the week!

Peppermint tea, or peppermint capsules (Mintec) are a fantastic way to assist the digestion of fats in your body. After or just before a meal, take a serve of peppermint in tea or a capsule to reap the benefits! This works a treat for me. Peppermint oil is a proven aid in treating symptoms of IBS from food related intolerances.
